Here's our Chai recipe:
To Make Three Servings of Chai:
- Heat a pint of milk and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Add three level teaspoons of Harney & Sons Indian Spice tea and six Demerara sugar cubes (or to taste).
- Simmer for 4 minutes.
- Strain into mugs or teapot. Enjoy!
