hauntingly subtle spiced tea blend. Add some milk and sugar, and you could be in Calcutta awaiting the fresh teas coming down from Assam & Darjeeling.
This is the tea to use to brew your own chai tea.
Here's our Chai recipe:
To Make Three Servings of Chai:
- Heat a pint of milk and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Add three level teaspoons of Harney & Sons Indian Spice tea and six Demerara sugar cubes (or to taste).
- Simmer for 4 minutes.
- Strain into mugs or teapot. Enjoy
