My heat retention test results are as followed: (Coffee of 203 degrees after 10 hours is 169 degrees, and after 24 hours is still a very drinkable 149 degrees.) It has a patented Brew-Thru stem stopper and removable lid that opens a full 125 degrees, which allows direct brewing under most commercial pump pot brewers. It holds a whole 3 liters of coffee (101 ozs.); It is NSF certified (won't find that often); Has a carrying handle; stands 15 inches high when closed; (needs a 12 1/2 inch brew clearance when open); and has a 6 inch base diameter. It also ships with it's own cleaning brush.
