My heat retention test results are as followed: (Coffee of 203 degrees after 10 hours is 174 degrees, and after 24 hours is still a very drinkable 154 degrees.) It has a patented Brew-Thru stem stopper and removable lid that opens a full 125 degrees, which allows direct brewing under most commercial pump pot brewers. It holds a whole 3.8 liters of coffee (128 ozs. or 1 gallon); It is NSF certified (won't find that often); Has a carrying handle; stands 17 inches high when closed; (needs a 13 3/4 inch brew clearance when open); and has a 6 inch base diameter. It also ships with it's own cleaning brush.
